What Reed does
Reed reads your resume the way a hiring manager does.

Reed works in four steps, and you decide how far each one goes.
- Free AI resume review. Upload your resume. In minutes Reed quotes your own lines back to you and flags the 5 to fix first: unsupported, generic or risky, with three questions to answer.
- Career interview. Reed asks what a good interviewer would: where each number comes from, what you owned versus what the team did, which version of a date is right. You answer in chat, at your pace.
- Your record and documents. Every claim you confirm goes into your record, marked as backed by a document or stated by you. From it Reed drafts two role-specific resumes, a cover note, your LinkedIn headline and About, a plan for your Featured section and a short bio.
- Your desk, every week. Tailored resumes for each job, recruiter emails sorted with reply drafts, applications in the mode you choose, and a weekly summary.
What Reed does not do
Reed is an AI. Here is what it does not do.
- Promise interviews, offers, salaries or timelines.
- Round up or "improve" a number you confirmed.
- State your rate or pay history to anyone.
- Sign a right-to-represent or any document for you.
- Log into or post from your LinkedIn account.
- Send volume applications that do not fit your rules.
- Claim that a person read or checked something unless a person did.
- Give legal, immigration or tax advice.
What you decide
Every job you pursue gets a resume tailored from your record by Reed, in every mode. You only choose how things go out, and you can switch any time.
- Send it yourself. Reed tailors the resume and prepares the package. You send it.
- Approve in one tap. Reed tailors it and asks. One tap and it goes by email.
- Autopilot, within your rules. Automatic replies and follow-ups to recruiters. Applications stay with you: send yourself or approve in one tap. Pause any time.
In every mode: we never sign anything for you, never share your ID documents or pay history, and never act inside your LinkedIn account. Autopilot is off in every state for now. It opens state by state later.
