Referral Rules
If friends take the test from your invite link, you earn rewards. Your invite text says so in its first line.
1. Who runs it
The PM Career Desk referral program is run by PME Consulting, Inc., 6545 Market Ave N, Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721. Questions: support@pmcareerdesk.com.
2. Who can take part
You must be 18 or older, live in the United States and save a valid email address with your result. Only one participant per person.
3. What earns a reward
- Step 1. When one new person completes the PM Archetype test from your personal invite link, your full line-by-line resume review is unlocked.
- Step 2. When three different people complete a free resume review from your personal invite link, each with their own confirmed email, you get one resume tailored to a job posting you choose.
Each step is earned once per participant.
4. What does not earn a reward
Posting, sharing, liking, commenting, tagging, downloading your card or clicking Share; your own tests, reviews or email addresses; fake, duplicate or automated accounts; purchases.
5. Your duty to disclose
If you post about PM Career Desk or send your link to someone, say that you can get a reward, in the first line. The prefilled text does this for you: do not remove it. Do not say anything about PM Career Desk or Reed that is not true. Reed is an AI: do not describe it as a person. Do not promise anyone a job, an interview or a result.
6. No spam
Share only on your own accounts or with people who know you. No bulk messages, purchased lists, automated posting or messaging, or engagement groups. We do not offer a tool to email your contacts.
7. Rewards
Rewards are services. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are delivered within 5 business days after you qualify.
8. No purchase, no chance
No purchase is necessary. This is not a contest or sweepstakes: there is no drawing and no chance.
9. What we record
When someone completes the test from your link, we record only that it happened, not who they are. When someone completes a free review from your link, we record the referral with their own account so we can credit you. See our Privacy Notice.
10. Disqualification
We may withhold or remove rewards for self-referral, fake accounts, spam, misleading posts or breach of these rules.
11. Changes and end
We may change or end the program by updating this page. Rewards you already earned will be honored for 30 days after the end date.
12. Terms
These rules are part of our Terms of Service, including governing law and how disputes are handled.
